Billing & insurance
We accept a number of insurance plans and are happy to help you understand your coverage before your visit. If you have questions, just give us a call.
We will verify and bill your insurance directly. If your plan is not listed below, we will bill as out-of-network and provide you with a superbill you can submit for reimbursement. Cash Pricing
Our providers typically bill based on time spent. Time-based billing does not only account for the time spent face-to-face in a visit, but also the time spent reviewing your chart/intake form prior to your appointment, ordering labs/medications, completing prior authorizations, writing referrals, coordinating care with other providers, and charting.
We bill the same codes & amounts to insurance as we do to our cash-paying patients, but we offer a $50 time of service (TOS) discount to our cash-paying patients for paying on the day of their appointments. Below is a chart of our most commonly billed codes.
