Our Practice
Meet our team
Everyday Family Medicine (formerly Seattle Naturopathy & Acupuncture Center) has been an established family medicine clinic since 1987. Our providers offer naturopathic primary care, women’s health services, pediatric care, and biofeedback therapy. We are a safe and affirming space for the LGBTQIA+ community, and together our team cares for all aspects of health for every member of the family.
Our commitment to you
Our approach to patient care is one of collaboration and partnership. We take the time to get to know you, the complexity and nuance of your case, and work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your life and your needs.

She is also board certified by BCIA in Biofeedback, and has experience in primary care and family medicine.
“For me, food is fundamental to health — it fuels the body, nourishes the mind, and connects us to others. It’s essential that what we eat contributes to wellness rather than detracts from it. Equally important are breath and nervous system regulation, and maintaining vitality through balanced hormones. My aim is to help people feel well, whole, and empowered to live their best lives, using simple, regenerative, and evidence-based methods.”
